Аннотация

Статья посвящена обзору литературы по современной антиретровирусной терапии (АРВТ) детей и ее побочным эффектам в практике врача-дерматовенеролога. Освещаются вопросы целей АВРТ детей, показаний к ее назначению, классификации и механизма действия антиретровирусных препаратов, актуальных стартовых схем лечения ВИЧ у детей. Также затрагиваются вопросы классификации побочных эффектов АРВТ у детей, их особенности в данной возрастной категории и в практической деятельности врача-дерматовенеролога.
