Abstract
The article presents the experience of the development, implementation and use of domestic product based on polyethyleneglycol for the preparation of patients for diagnostic and surgical interventions on the colon by intestinal lavage. The appearance of modern, efficient, safe, and well tolerated drug on the list of vital and essential medicines on Russian market is the result of collaboration of the group of chemists, clinicians, pharmaceutical technologists and manufacturers.
