Abstract

The article considers the principles of diagnostic search for a patient with chronic dyspnea. It is emphasized that dyspnea is associated with diseases of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in most cases. At the same time, being aware of most common diseases, leading to dyspnea, the physician’s aim is recognition of rare, but requiring no less attention nosological forms in outpatient settings.
