Abstract
The article considers the issues of pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of periarticular tissues of wrist and hand. Among the methods of treatment of soft tissue pathology in this area (anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy, physiotherapeutic methods) local injection of corticosteroids in the affected area, and the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, in particular ketoprofen, are most effective.
