Abstract
Article is devoted to the problem of clinical allergy - diagnosis and treatment of allergy to the venom of stinging insects - the most frequent type of insect allergens. The article highlights the issues of prevalence of allergic reactions to sting, discusses the classification of the order Hymenoptera. Discussed in detail features of the course, modern methods of diagnosis, therapy and prevention of allergy to the venom of stinging insects. Presented the guidance on the need to use epinephrine in anaphylaxis as a first-line drug.
