Abstract

The article highlights the issues of management of patients with the most common bacterial sexually transmitted infections - gonococcal and chlamydial infections. The main clinical manifestations of diseases, features of course of complicated and extragenital forms of infection are discussed; the modern methods of diagnosis, indications for examination of patients, and schemes of therapy of gonococcal and chlamydial infections are presented.
