Abstract
Features of the clinical course and therapy of atopic dermatitis (AD) in infants are considered. It is emphasized that the infant form of AD is characterized by the appearance of signs of allergic skin inflammation already in the first months of life, often with a severe and persistent course of skin process, and pronounced changes in immunological reactivity. In topical therapy of AD, moisturizers and emollients, topical glucocorticosteroids (TGCSs) and topical calcineurin inhibitors are used in various combinations.
