Аннотация
В 2009 г. были представлены обнадеживающие результаты многолетних испытаний химиопрофилактики гормонозависимых опухолей: рака предстательной железы и рака молочной железы. Генный иерархический анализ подтверждает гетерогенность большинства злокачественных опухолей. Мультипараметрический анализ генной экспрессии позволяет определить степень риска рецидива опухоли с большей точностью, чем традиционный учет клинических и патоморфологических особенностей опухоли. Цитотоксическая химиотерапия сохранила свои позиции в 2009 г. за счет успешного применения модифицированных с помощью нанотехнологий старых препаратов (антрациклинов и таксанов) и появления нового поколения цитостатиков, в частности, эпотилонов.
