Аннотация
Use of headache diary in everyday outpatient practice offers new perspectives not only in terms of diagnosis of primary headaches, but also in terms of the correct choice of patient management. Results of an international multicenter Eurohead study showed efficiency and convenience of use of such a diary, especially in the diagnosis of migraine and abuse headaches. Experience of the use of the drug Nomigren in a specialized headache Сenter extends the potentials for the treatment of patients with migraine.
