СТЕАТОЗ ПЕЧЕНИ И ИНСУЛИНОРЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТЬ ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОМ ГЕПАТИТЕ С

Аннотация

В настоящее время факторами прогрессирования хронического гепатита С признаны стеатоз печени и инсулинорезистентность, которые могут быть как метаболического (в рамках метаболического синдрома), так и вирусного генеза (при инфицировании HCV 3-го генотипа). Важно, что стеатоз печени и инсулинорезистентность значимо ухудшают результаты противовирусной терапии хронического гепатита С. В связи с этим лечение стеатоза печени и коррекция инсулинорезистентности представляются важнейшими условиями профилактики быстрого прогрессирования хронического гепатита С и повышения частоты стойкого вирусологического ответа при проведении противовирусной терапии.
