Аннотация
The evaluation of fluoride levels in tap water in different parts of Moscow was performed; low fluoride concentrations were found. Since the centralized fluoridation of tap water in Moscow is not carried out, the authors proposed the use of bottled drinking water with adequate fluoride levels. Fluoride concentrations in the most common brands of drinking water in Moscow were assessed. Brands with high, low and optimal fluoride content were identified. The recommendations on the use of different types of bottled water, depending on the amount of fluid intake, are presented.
