Аннотация

The article presents the clinical and neurophysiological diagnostic criteria for tunnel neuropathies of hands and MAC-syndrome; special clinical tests aimed at clarifying the nature and localization of the damage of peripheral nerves are described. The authors propose an original method of circular nerve block using Movalis (meloxicam 1 % - 1.5 ml) № 5 alternate days, which was approved in a comparative study of complex therapy of 43 patients with tunnel syndrome of various localizations. Significant reduction in pain and sensory deficit disorders of in the group additionally treated with Movalis compared with the group received conventional treatment was shown. Comprehensive approach, including symptomatic, etiotropic and pathogenetic treatments of tunnel neuropathies and spinal dysfunction in the structure of the MAC-syndrome is justified.
