Аннотация

The prevalence of nocturnal enuresis in children aged 5 to 15 years is 10-15 % [1]. The main causes of nocturmal enuresis include pathologies of the central nervous system, bladder dysfunction, and nocturnal polyuria [1, 2]. The recent studies have revealed an important role of changes in the regulation of kidney function in the pathogenesis of nocturnal enuresis. This is due to two factors; one of them is the reduction of vasopressin secretion by the pituitary gland, and another - increased renal secretion of autacoids, a local antagonists of antidiuretic hormone, which can cause an increase of nocturnal diuresis [3, 5].
