Аннотация
The article considers the modern views on the etiopathogenic and clinical content of syndrome of functional dyspepsia; the results of own author’s observations (clinical experience of psychiatrist and gastroenterologist) with respect to clinic course and diagnostics of functional dyspepsia and comorbid mental disorders are discussed.

Так, психосоматическая модель болезни у пациентов с ФД может быть представлена как соматоформная дисфункция вегетативной нервной системы верхних отделов ЖКТ (F45.31; K30 - раздел внутренних болезней), облигатный психосоматический синдром с отмеченными коморбидными психическими расстройствами, что требует комплексной оценки при диагностике и определении лечебной тактики. Именно коморбид-ность симптомов ФД и психических расстройств определяют развитие функциональных соматических синдромов, по сути являющихся соматизированными психическими расстройствами [25, 26].
