МУЖСКОЕ БЕСПЛОДИЕ: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

Не менее чем в половине случаев бесплодие пары связано с нарушениями сперматогенеза. Наиболее частыми причинами развития мужского бесплодия являются варикоцеле, воспалительные заболевания половой системы, гормональные нарушения и крипторхизм. В значительном числе случаев установить причину мужского бесплодия не удается. На сегодняшний день общепризнанных методов медикаментозного лечения идиопатической формы мужского бесплодия не существует и достаточно часто его терапия носит эмпирический характер. Вспомогательные репродуктивные технологии являются высокоэффективными методами лечения бесплодия, но характеризуются высокой стоимостью и инвазивностью.
