Аннотация

Инфекции верхних дыхательных путей, обусловленные бактериальными возбудителями, широко встречаются в клинической практике. В последние десятилетия отмечается неуклонный рост резистентности возбудителей к традиционным антибактериальным препаратам. В статье рассматриваются современные рекомендации по антибактериальной терапии острого бактериального риносинусита и тонзиллофарингита у взрослых пациентов.
