Resumo
The article considers questions of classification, pathogenesis and treatment of acute catarrhal otitis media in children. Despite the abundance of various drugs for treating a disease, there are three main groups of drugs that contribute to the rapid relief of inflammation and help to avoid the appointment of antibiotic therapy.
