Resumo
The choice of drugs for the treatment and prevention of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children with atopic diseases is very difficult. The use of immunomodulators of plant origin is promising for sickly children with atopy. The application of immunotropic drug for the prevention without requiring immunoassay should be considered as most reasonable. According to the author’s opinion, the use of immunomodulating agents for the prevention allows to reduce the incidence of respiratory disease and associated complications.
