Resumo

Clear antinociceptive effect of B vitamins (В1, В6, B12) and complex preparations of B vitamins (Milgamma) administrated by injection allows their use in acute and chronic back pain, as evidenced in experimental and clinical studies of B vitamins in nociceptive and neuropathic pains.
