Resumo

The study was aimed to the evaluation and assessment of the antiischemic and endothelioprotective efficiency of long-term standard therapy for coronary artery disease (CAD), which included aspirin, rosuvastatin, valsartan and bisoprolol, compared with combinations of standard therapy of CAD using representative of group of long-acting nitrates, isosorbide dinitrate, and potassium channel activator nikorandil in patients with angina pectoris of 2-3 functional classes. Nitroglycerine consumption and frequency of angina attacks were compared in dynamics; bicycle ergometry, 24-hour ECG monitoring, carotid Doppler ultrasound were performed; the status of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism was evaluated; concentrations of certain markers of systemic inflammation were determined. Results of study indicate high antianginal and anti-ischemic efficiency of standard therapy of CAD in patients with angina pectoris, enhanced by the addition of isosorbide dinitrate and nicorandil, and the inclusion of nicorandil in standard therapy of CAD leads to more significant changes in clinical indicators of course of angina, endothelial dysfunction, and inflammatory markers compared to isosorbide dinitrate.
