Применение Бусерелина и тамсулозина в лечении больных раком предстательной железы, получающих лучевую терапию

Аннотация
(Бусерелин-депо) в качестве неоадьъювантной и адъювантной терапии и селективного α-адреноблокатора тамсулозина (Тамсулон-ФС), назначавшегося в качестве сопроводительной терапии у 40 больных раком предстательной железы (РПЖ), получавших лучевую терапию (дистанционную и брахиотерапию). Установлено, что включение препарата Бусерелин-депо в схему лечения РПЖ позволяет добиться снижения уровня простатспецифического антигена до посткастрационных значений, а также уменьшения размеров простаты. Сопроводительная терапия тамсулозином (Тамсулоном-ФС), назначаемая больным РПЖ, получающим лучевую терапию, позволяет уменьшить проявления инфравезикальной обструкции и существенно снизить риск возникновения острой задержки мочеиспускания.
