Аннотация
Рассмотрены клинические преимущества пероральных лекарственных форм антибиотиков с модифицированным (замедленным) высвобождением активного вещества, имеющим большое значение для амбулаторной практики. К ним относятся азитромицин ER и кларитромицин ER. Особенностью фармакокинетики этих лекарственных форм является отсроченное всасывание в дистальных отделах желудочно-кишечного тракта, что уменьшает контакт с мотилиновыми рецепторами и улучшает переносимость антибиотиков. Ввиду высокой тканевой пенетрации оптимальная концентрация таких антибиотиков длительно сохраняется в тканях. Лекарственные формы с модифицированным высвобождением обеспечивают лучшие клинические результаты, повышают переносимость и уменьшают кратность приема антибиотиков, что увеличивает приверженность пациентов лечению.
