ИНФАРКТ МИОКАРДА И ИНСУЛЬТ ПРИ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ

Аннотация

Рассматриваются распространенность и особенности развития и течения инсульта, а также инфаркта миокарда у беременных. Распространенность инсульта у беременных в последние годы составляет 34,2 случая на 100 тыс. родов, инфаркта миокарда - 6,2 на 100 тыс. Диагностика и лечение инсульта и инфаркта миокарда при беременности имеют свои особенности (ограничение использования рентгенологических методов, тромболизиса и т. д.). Подчеркивается, что развитие инсульта или инфаркта миокарда у беременной в настоящее время - достаточно редкая ситуация. Однако в последние годы наблюдается значительное увеличение частоты факторов риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний у беременных, увеличивается возраст женщин, планирующих беременность. Следовательно, уже в ближайшем будущем можно ожидать роста распространенности тяжелых сосудистых катастроф у беременных.
