ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ НИМЕСУЛИДА В ТЕРАПИИ РЕВМАТИЧЕСКИХ БОЛЕЗНЕЙ

Аннотация

Нимесулид широко применяется в 50 странах мира, включая Россию и страны Евросоюза. В целом ряде клинических испытаний было доказано, что у пациентов с ревматическими заболеваниями он может быть с успехом использован для коррекции нарушений, связанных с поражением периферических суставов, позвоночника, околосуставных мягких тканей. В этих исследованиях нимесулид по эффективности не уступал другим нестероидным противовоспалительным средствам (НПВС) и выделялся среди них своим быстродействием. Кроме того, особенности фармакокинетики нимесулида (короткий период полувыведения, отсутствие клинически значимого накопления в организме) и способность избирательно воздействовать на циклооксигеназу-2 определяют в целом хорошую переносимость препарата. Анализ результатов его использования в широкой клинической практике показывает, что нимесулид значительно реже, чем неселективные НПВС, вызывает нежелательные явления со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта.
