СРАВНЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ КО-ДИРОТОНА, ЭНАЛАПРИЛА И ГИДРОХЛОРОТИАЗИДА У БОЛЬНЫХ ПСОРИАЗОМ, СТРАДАЮЩИХ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИЕЙ И ИЗБЫТОЧНЫМ ВЕСОМ

Аннотация

Исследования последних лет свидетельствуют об определенной взаимосвязи псориаза и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Представлены результаты исследования по оценке эффективности и безопасности Ко-Диротона, представляющего собой фиксированную низкодозовую комбинацию лизиноприла и гидрохлоротиазида (ГХТ), в сравнении с эналаприлом и ГХТ у 83 больных псориазом, страдающих артериальной гипертензией (АГ) 1-2-й степени и избыточным весом. Показано, что у этой категории пациентов назначение эналаприла в дозе 10 мг/сут, ГХТ 25 мг/сут или Ко-Диротона 10/12,5 мг безопасно, хорошо переносится и сопровождается достоверным снижением артериального давления (АД) без уменьшения эффективности антипсориатической терапии. При этом Ко-Диротон обладал существенно более выраженным антигипертензивным действием, чем принимаемые в монотерапии эналаприл или ГХТ: на фоне его приема у достоверно большего количества больных удалось достичь целевых уровней АД (83 против 48 и 44 %).
