РОЛЬ ЦИРКАДНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ В РАЗВИТИИ МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИХ НАРУШЕНИЙ

Аннотация
В основе современного взгляда на механизмы регуляции метаболических процессов циркадной системой лежит гипотеза английских ученых E.M Scott and P.J. Grant о нарушении древней, эволюционно закрепленной адаптации к сезонным изменениям окружающей среды. Предполагается, что нарушение сезонных и суточных ритмов является основным условием для возникновения ожирения, артериальной гипертензии и сахарного диабета 2-го типа. Важное место в этой системе принадлежит мелатонину, который вызывает ритмическую экспрессию генов часов (Clock/Bmal) в периферических органах через свои рецепторы (М1, М2, NMRs) и осуществляет синхронизацию физиологических процессов организма человека с условиями окружающей среды путем воздействия на метаболизм (гомеостаз глюкозы, синтез липидов, адипогенез) и гемодинамические показатели (артериальной давление (АД), прокоагулянтная активность). Важное значение в структуре циркадных нарушений принадлежит феномену постоянства света, который не подвержен сезонным и суточным колебаниям.
