Аннотация

Обсуждаются основные вопросы обеспечения безопасности при комбинированной терапии препаратами парацетамола при острых респираторных заболеваниях у детей и взрослых. Рассмотрены основные группы риска развития осложнений, приведены современные рекомендации для врачей и пациентов, предложенные FDA США. Подробно рассмотрены риск гепатотоксических реакций, возможности их профилактики и лечения.
