ПРЕДОТВРАЩЕНИЕ НЕБЛАГОПРИЯТНЫХ ИСХОДОВ РЕВМАТОИДНОГО АРТРИТА: СОВРЕМЕННАЯ ТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКАЯ ТАКТИКА

Аннотация

Обсуждается проблема современной терапевтической тактики при лечении ревматоидного артрита (РА) - одного из самых тяжелых заболеваний человека. Рассматривается практика раннего применения базисных противовоспалительных препаратов (БПВП) для улучшения отдаленных исходов болезни, ставшая возможной после разработки новых диагностических критериев РА EULAR/ACR (2010.). Представлены международные рекомендаци, как по ведению больных ранним артритом, так и по стратегии лечения РА. Особое внимание уделено новому классу препаратов для лечения РА - генно-инженерным биологическим препаратам, которые оказывают влияние на различные патогенетические звенья заболевания непосредственно в синовиальной оболочке и применяются в составе комбинированной терапии совместно с БПВП, в частности с метотрексатом. Таким образом, улучшение отдаленных исходов РА зависит от своевременной диагностики заболевания, раннего начала терапии БПВП, отсутствия переоценки значимости симптоматической терапии и жесткого контроля результатов проводимой терапии со своевременной коррекцией лечения.
