Аннотация

Как известно, эндометриоз (ЭМ) является чрезвычайно распространенным заболеванием, которое чаще всего встречается среди пациенток репродуктивного возраста. В практической деятельности гинеколога-репродуктолога каждая третья пациентка, обратившаяся с проблемой бесплодия, страдает ЭМ. При этом нередко приходится сталкиваться с тем, что ранее такие женщины уже проходили специальное лечение. Однако чаще оно соответствовало тактике ведения пациенток с болевым синдромом, не планирующих беременность. Это приводит к необоснованным материальным и временным затратам, что в долгосрочной перспективе снижает шанс на зачатие. Задача настоящей публикации - объединить данные зарубежных и российских руководств по методам лечения пациенток с ЭМ, чтобы сформировать среди всех гинекологов единую тактику ведения данной группы больных и ускорить нелегкий путь женщины к рождению ребенка.
