Инфекция Clostridium difficile в гастроэнтерологическом стационаре

Аннотация
Изучена частота инфекции Clostridium difficile в стационаре среди больных гастроэнтерологического профиля с диарейным синдромом. В группу обследованных вошли больные воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника, хроническим панкреатитом с экскреторной недостаточностью и рядом других заболеваний. Для идентификации инфекции определяли токсины А и В в кале больных иммунохроматографическим методом. Частота выявления инфекции C. difficile в исследуемой группе составила 40 %. Авторы предлагают в обязательном порядке включать в алгоритм обследования стационарных больных с диарейным синдромом исследование кала на токсины C. difficilе.
