Аннотация

В статье представлены данные о частоте развития хронической сердечной недостаточности, сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности в популяции больных сахарным диабетом (СД), патогенетических факторах и особенностях клинических проявлений, а также диагностике поражения сердца в рамках СД. Подробно освещены современные рекомендации по лечению СД, особенности гипогликемической терапии при сердечной недостаточности, вопросы ведения пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью на фоне СД.
