Аннотация

Симптоматическая обезболивающая терапия является важнейшим компонентом противоревматической терапии. Представлен обзор исследований, посвященных обезболиванию при ревматических заболеваниях. В качестве препарата первой линии следует рассматривать нестероидные противовоспалительные средства (НПВС), сочетающие анальгетический, противовоспалительный и жаропонижающий эффекты. Среди них преимущество имеют препараты с хорошей переносимостью, такие как нимесулид. Усилить анальгетический эффект НПВС можно при сочетании их с трамадолом и парацетамолом. Наличие в патогенезе острой и хронической боли клинически выраженного мышечного спазма является показанием к применению миорелаксантов (например, тизанидина), обладающих собственным анальгетическим эффектом и способных усиливать обезболивающее действие других анальгетиков.
