Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре рассматриваются нейрофизиологические процессы, характерные для депрессии у различных групп неврологических больных. Рассмотрены причинно-следственные связи между неврологической патологией и возникновением депрессии. Описаны вопросы патогенеза, диагностики и лечения. Рекомендованы подходы к выбору терапии и подбору антидепрессантов с учетом сопутствующих психопатологических синдромов.
