Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре рассматриваются анемии, сопровождающиеся гипоферремией. Патогенетические особенности анемии при хронической почечной недостаточности и анемии хронического заболевания (АХЗ) требуют различных подходов к медикаментозной коррекции. Не вызывает сомнений ведущая роль препаратов железа в лечении железодефицитной анемии с достаточно проработанными показаниями к их применению. Имеющаяся доказательная база по лечению АХЗ довольно противоречива; для решения вопроса о целесообразности назначения препаратов железа требуется тщательная оценка как клинической симптоматики, так и лабораторных данных, отражающих обмен железа.
