Аннотация
Рассматриваются современные представления о патогенезе атопического дерматита, обсуждаются причины недостаточной эффективности его терапии, особенно тяжелых форм. Представлены наиболее актуальные подходы к лечению атопического дерматита, включая принципы применения топических глюкокортикостероидов и ингибиторов кальциневрина, таких как такролимус.
