Аннотация

В статье отражены современные взгляды на вопросы патофизиологии, клинической картины и лечения синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК). Особое внимание уделено проблемам несоответствия понимания врачами практического звена сути СРК и подходов к его лечению. Подробно проанализирована доказательная база относительно применения группы миотропных спазмолитиков в лечении СРК. Приведены доказательства эффективности и безопасности применения гиосцина бутилбромида при этой патологии.
