Аннотация
Нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП)- наиболее часто используемый класс фармакологических средств. Они позволяют лечить острую боль и контролировать хроническую, поэтому назначаются не только часто, но и множеством специалистов. Практически с момента создания врачи осознают тот факт, что позитивное воздействие этих препаратов сопряжено с рядом побочных эффектов, из которых одно из наиболее серьезных - это поражение желудочно-кишечного тракта вплоть до развития кровотечения. Фармакологами неоднократно предпринимались попытки создания препаратов класса НПВП, не обладающих побочным действием на желудочно-кишечный тракт. В статье представлен новый неселективный НПВП, амтолметин гуацил, рассмотрен механизм его действия. Отмечены гастропротективные свойства препарата, связанные с повышением концентрации оксида азота в слизистой желудка. Приведены данные эффективности и безопасности по сравнению с другими НПВП.
