Применение нимесулида в терапии остеоартроза

Аннотация

Представлены эпидемиология, патогенез, клиника и фармакологические методы лечения остеоартроза (ОА). Особое место среди фармакологических методов лечения ОА занимают нестероидные противовоспалительные средства (НПВС) благодаря высокой противовоспалительной активности, выраженному анальгетическому эффекту и хорошей переносимости. Нимесулид - селективный ингибитор циклооксигеназы-2, является одним из наиболее популярных НПВС и широко используется в клинической практике.
