Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены физиологические механизмы регуляции желудочной кислотопродукции, дана характеристика современных групп препаратов, применяющихся в лечении кислотозависимых заболеваний, в первую очередь ингибиторов протонной помпы. Подчеркивается, что применение современных препаратов обеспечивает высокий уровень контроля кислотопродукции, возможность проведения лечения в амбулаторных условиях и высокое качество жизни пациентов. Обсуждаются пути повышения эффективности и безопасности методов фармакологической коррекции интенсивности секреции соляной кислоты.
