Поддерживающее лечение у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются вопросы вторичной профилактики гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни: эффективная инициальная и поддерживающая терапия ингибиторами протонной помпы, изменение образа жизни и диетических пристрастий, хирургическое лечение. С позиции доказательной медицины оцениваются рекомендации по изменению образа жизни, возможность применения постоянной курсовой поддерживающей терапии, терапии «выходного дня» и терапии «по требованию» пациентов как с неэрозивным, так и с эрозивным вариантами рефлюксной болезни.
