Аннотация
Статья посвящена этиопатогенезу, клинической картине и диагностике центрального несахарного диабета. Приведены фармакологические характеристики препаратов десмопрессина. Описаны подходы к заместительной терапии. Особое внимание уделено интраназальному спрею Вазомирин. Отмечено быстрое начало антидиуретического эффекта. Сделан следующий вывод: спрей назальный является не только наиболее удобной, но и экономически выгодной формой десмопрессина. К его главным преимуществам относятся высокая точность дозировки, быстрое достижение эффекта и удобная форма выпуска.
