Аннотация

Обзор посвящен подходам к диагностике, лечению и профилактике остеопороза. Главное внимание уделено особенностям применения золедроновой кислоты. Представлены данные рандомизированных клинических исследований, позволяющие заключить следующее: терапия с применением золедроновой кислоты позволяет сокращать риск клинических вертебральны и невертебральных переломов, а также повторных переломов бедра. Применение препарата женщинами в постменопаузе с пониженной минеральной плотностью кости позволяет достигать профилактического эффекта. Форма препарата для внутривенного введения способствует организации строгого контроля за объемом терапии и ее эффективностью, что при наличии факторов, обусловливающих низкую приверженность пациента, позволяет рассматривать препарат как приоритетное лекарственное средство.
