Аннотация
Статья содержит обзор современных данных по влиянию применения комбинированных оральных контрацептивов на ключевые факторы риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (дислипидемию, артериальную гипертензию, курение, ожирение, сахарный диабет, нарушения свертываемости крови). Приведены рекомендации по назначению гормональной контрацепции пациенткам с повышенным риском развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений и кардиоваскулярными заболеваниями на основании документов ВОЗ и европейских профессиональных обществ.
