Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются проблемы, связанные с внебольничной пневмонией (ВП), «не отвечающей» на проводимую антибактериальную терапию. Представлены сведения, касающиеся распространенности, прогноза, причин терапевтической неэффективности, факторов риска, тактики ведения пациентов с ВП.
