Современный взгляд на проблему фармакотерапии АНЦА-ассоциированных системных васкулитов

Аннотация

АНЦА-ассоциированные системные васкулиты являются актуальной проблемой клинической медицины в связи с трудностью диагностики в дебюте заболевания, полиорганностью поражения и высоким риском инвалидизации. Некротизирующее воспаление сосудов мелкого калибра обусловливает тяжесть поражения при АНЦА-ассоциированных васкулитах и создает трудности дифференциальной диагностики. Представлены результаты собственных клинических исследований и международных рандомизированных исследований касательно особенностей клинического течения и эффективности применения основных патогенетических средств для лечения АНЦА-ассоциированных системных васкулитов.
