Обеспеченность витамином D и метаболические нарушения: систематический анализ фундаментальных и доказательных исследований по проблемам избыточной массы тела и сахарного диабета

Аннотация

Витамин D регулирует метаболизм глюкозы и жиров. Дефицит витамина D ассоциирован с избыточным накоплением жировой ткани, глюкозотолерантностью и инсулинорезистентностью. В настоящей работе приведены результаты фундаментальных и клинических исследований, подтверждающих связь между дефицитом витамина D и формированием глюкозотолерантности, инсулинорезистентности, метаболического синдрома и сахарного диабета. Результаты клинических исследований показывают, что для терапии ожирения и диабета могут быть эффективными дозы витамина D 2000, 4000 МЕ/сут.
