Аннотация

В статье отражено современное состояние вопроса о диагностике и лечении такого распространенного, но малодиагностируемого функционального расстройства моторики желудка, как гастропарез. Указаны основные этиопатогенетические типы заболевания и алгоритм ведения пациентов с клиническими признаками данной патологии.
