Современные возможности терапии анкилозирующего спондилита

Аннотация

Современная фармакотерапия открывает широкие возможности воздействия на различные клинические проявления анкилозирующего спондилита (АС). Наряду с традиционными схемами лечения появляются новые классы препаратов, способные улучшить состояние пациентов, а возможно, и замедлить прогрессирование заболевания. Большим прогрессом в лечении АС по праву можно считать внедрение в клиническую практику ингибиторов фактора некроза опухоли α (ФНО-α). Широкое внедрение в практику генно-инженерных биологических препаратов не исключает поиска других доступных терапевтических подходов, сопряженных с меньшей иммуносупрессией, хорошей переносимостью, более низкой стоимостью.
