СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О СИНДРОМЕ ПОЛИКИСТОЗНЫХ ЯИЧНИКОВ

Аннотация

В статье представлены новые данные по этиологии и патогенезу синдрома поликистозных яичников (СПКЯ). Обсуждаются современные подходы к диагностике и лечению этого заболевания. Особый акцент уделен лечению бесплодия у пациенток с СПКЯ. Рассмотрены основные методы, используемые с целью индукции овуляции у такой категории больных. Приведены данные крупных популяционных исследований по оценке риска венозных тромбоэмболий при использовании различных контрацептивов. Отмечается класс контрацептивных препаратов с минимальным, сопоставимым с общепопуляционным риском развития венозных тромбоэмболий.
