ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ САКСАГЛИПТИНА И ЕГО КОМБИНАЦИИ С МЕТФОРМИНОМ В ТЕРАПИИ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2 ТИПА У ПОЖИЛЫХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ

Аннотация
Обсуждаются особенности течения сахарного диабета (СД) у пациентов пожилого возраста, сахароснижающая терапия которых имеет свои особенности. Использование сахароснижающих препаратов с минимальной частотой приема в течение суток и низким риском развития побочных эффектов - нефротоксичности, гепатотоксичности и гипогликемии, является важным принципом лечения таких больных. Рассматриваются перспективы использования ингибитора дипептидилпептидазы-4 саксаглиптина пожилыми пациентами с СД 2 типа (СД2). К настоящему времени проведено 6 международных плацебо-контролируемых исследований по оценке эффективности и безопасности этого препарата для больных СД2 старше 65 лет. Их результаты свидетельствуют, что терапия саксаглиптином и комбинацией саксаглиптин+метформин является для пожилых пациентов с СД2 достаточно эффективной и безопасной в отношении риска развития гипогликемий и сердечно-сосудистых событий.
